The owner had a vision to create a castle inspired lower level with some Italian flair. The custom wall was fabricated with real stone, blue glass mosaic tile with LED lights to create the image of running water. A 3/4 bathroom with glass and porcelain tile and transoms to bring in natural light. Family room/bedroom are separated with hand crafted & painted doors that interlock to create privacy. Doors were hand painted by Dan Klappa (owner)
